FC/APC connector

The FC/APC connector is very strict with 2.5 hole and 3.71 degree angle.We have 2 ways to make the hole of this connector. 

    First way is straight forward slow feed machining.We can machine a hole with a diameter of 2.47+0/-0.005 mm at first.And then we use a diameter 2.0 tool to machine this hole with a slow feed-rate until inner diameter 2.5 H2 is reached.

    Second way is using H2 reamer.We can machine a hole with a diameter of 2.48+0/-0.005 mm and then use the H2 reamer to drill the hole to meet the requirement of the drawing.

     The way to achieve 3.71 angle tolerance is either to use a single clamping,or to clamp very accurately.
