The twist pin is made in 6061-T6 aluminium alloy and finished by turning,sandblasting,anodizing and inspecting.The appearance of pin is strict,so we must inspect all pins before shipping.The processing important point is small head.We should choice 15.0mm diameter material,the small head should be turned to 3.0mm.The capacity of turning is large,so we must reduce the pace of turning in order  to meeting the dimension.So the production of the twist pin is low every shift.
